It runs on the KRS token — a simple meter of time and value. 1 KRS ≈ 1 minute / about 1 PLN. Pay KRS for others’ time, earn KRS for your work.

No hidden fees. Everything’s transparent — who paid whom and how much.

You owe tax only when you swap crypto to fiat (PLN/EUR/USD) on an exchange or at a broker.

⚖️ What about legality?

Using Kyrson and KRS is legal. Just remember: tax applies when you convert crypto to fiat.

Fiat means regular money: PLN, EUR, USD.

In Poland it’s 19% on profit. Sell crypto for 1000 PLN, spent 800 PLN before — tax is on 200 PLN (that’s 38 PLN).

Report it once a year on PIT-38. Most exchanges/brokers export history — easy to fill in. No company needed to start.

Summary:

• As long as you stay crypto-to-crypto — no tax.
• Tax only when converting to fiat (e.g., PLN).
• Tax rate: 19% on profit, filed on PIT-38 once a year.
